These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of Renew-photo.com (the "Website") and any web-based digital services, tools, subscriptions, or features made available through the Website.
By using the Website or making a purchase through the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Website Operator
Renew-photo.com is operated by BrightlineDigital OÜ ("BrightlineDigital", "we", "us", or "our"), an Estonian company. For purchases made directly through the Website, BrightlineDigital OÜ is the contracting entity, billing entity, and merchant responsible for those website transactions. These Terms apply only to the Website and purchases made directly through the Website. They do not govern purchases made through mobile application marketplaces such as Apple App Store or Google Play.
2. Website Services
The Website provides access to digital photo restoration and editing services, which may include photo enhancement, colorization, scratch removal, damage correction, animation, and other related browser-based features. We may offer these services through one-time purchases, subscriptions, trial offers, promotional offers, or other digital access models displayed on the Website.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Website only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. By using the Website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Website Purchases
