Mobile App Privacy Policy - Renew old photo APP

This Mobile App Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Renew mobile application (the "App") available through Apple App Store and Google Play.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the mobile application and related in-app functionality. It does not apply to separate website-based services or purchases made outside the App.

Most personal content remains on your device unless you specifically submit it for processing through the App or provide it for support purposes.

4. Photo Processing

The App allows you to upload and process photos to use features such as restoration, enhancement, colorization, scratch removal, lighting correction, and animation.

Photos submitted for processing may be transmitted securely to our servers or infrastructure providers only to generate the requested result and return it to your device.

After processing is completed, uploaded photos and temporary processing data are deleted from our servers in accordance with our operational retention practices. Processed results are downloaded back to your device.

Where available in the App, you may also delete your visible history from within the App interface.

5. Face Data

Certain App features, such as image combination or alignment-related tools, may use face detection technology to identify facial key points for technical image processing purposes.

This functionality is used only to generate the requested output. We do not use facial data to identify individuals, we do not perform face recognition, and we do not build face profiles.

Any temporary facial key-point data used during processing is retained only for the requested feature and deleted after processing is complete.

6. Log Data and Diagnostics

In the event of an error, crash, or technical issue, certain diagnostic data may be collected automatically by our service providers or us.

This diagnostic information may include: - device IP address; - device model; - operating system version; - app configuration data; - date and time of use; - crash logs and related technical statistics.

We use this information to identify errors, maintain app stability, and improve performance.

We may use analytics tools to better understand how users interact with the App, which features are used most often, how users navigate through the product, and how we can improve the overall experience.

Analytics data may include anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers, device type, app events, session duration, and general usage trends.

These technologies operate on user-submitted input for the purpose of generating requested image results.
